This club will meet on the first Saturday (some exceptions) of every other month

Jan 7th – Hanger Cover; Protect your favorite garments and pretty up the closet too!  Make a heirloom style hanger cover that will protect the shoulder of your favorite garments.  This project also make a great personal fast and easy gift.

March 3rd – Flat Lock Shirt Pillow;  Turn an old (or new) denim shirt into a unique pillow with decorative flat-lock stitching accents!  A great way to recycle!

May 5th – Serger Crochet;   Make lace on your serger!  Yes, and it looks just like hand made crochet stitches!  It can be used on garments, home décor, linens and much more.

July 7th – Serger Heirloom Pillow;  Use the rolled hem stitch to attach lace and trims, make pintucks and do edgings to design a fancy heirloop “look” pillow.

Sept 8th – Serger Napkins;  In this club we will make several styles of napkins on our serger.  Rolled edge, wave rolled edge, flat-lock decorative, double layered, pieced, fused applique and more ideas.

Nov 3rd – Serger Lounge Wrap;  Make a soft, flowing lounge wrap out of a single piece of fabric.  (Pattern will be furnished in class)  This is a wrap with sleeves and only takes “2″ seams to complete it.  As a fine finish, we use the rolled hem stitch for all the hems.  Another quick gift idea.
